Harvest 2011
HARVEST FESTIVAL WEEKEND
The Harvest Festival Weekend this year will be
30th September - 2nd October 2011 starting with a evening Harvest Service at 7pm
Wanborough Friday, 30th. The churches will be decorated and Harvest Festival Services at
Puttenham and
Seale on Sunday, 2nd October both at 11am. Harvest Lunch will be at
Myrtle's Courtyard following the Harvest Services.
Our Harvest collections being given to the Famine in the Horn of Africa, the
Addington Farming Charity in this country, and the produce being taken to
Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.
PARISH HARVEST LUNCH
If you want to come to the Harvest Lunch on the
Sunday 2nd October 2011 12.30 at Myrtle's Courtyard then please RSVP to Ann Payne. If you would like to bring a friend or neighbour to the lunch, that would be lovely - just so long as you tell us for the catering.
Which brings us neatly to the subject of CATERING.
All offers of help with fruit pies will be most gratefully received.
