Seale Puttenham & Wanborough Parochial Church Council
The PCC is a corporate body established by the Church of England and operates under the Parochial
Church Council (Powers) Measure 1956.

Finance Committee
In September 2007, under agreed terms of reference, the PCC set up a Finance Committee to oversee the
future coordination and management of parish-wide finance. The membership of the Finance Committee is as follows:-

Church sub-committee
Under powers delegated by the PCC in 2004, many of the day-to-day management duties of maintaining
the parish churches were delegated to three individual church sub-committees. These committees,
composed of PCC and non-PCC members, met regularly during the year and written minutes of their
proceedings were submitted to the PCC.
